Pet Regulations: Pets Allowed

Details: We recognize that pets are part of the family; two pets per apartment home are welcome. There is a deposit of $1,000 and pet rent as follows: Cats: $20 per pet, Dogs: $250 for dogs over 40lbs; $150 for all other dogs. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
